Woocommerce customize mails

I want to know how i could customize the text on the mails that woocommerce send to the clients and if it is possible use a totally diferent template.

– I have move the mails template php to my theme folder

– The text in the template mail is in english, and the text send to my client is in spanish (my language), where i could change the spanish text in to a new one?, or just delete and put my text?

– Could i change the entire template for something like http://graphicmail.com.es/plantillas-email-newsletter, this is just an example but i am very interested in put a template with my colours and a little more beauty, maybe with my social links, some image, or the latest post.
