(search) Events list top

Perhaps I am overlooking the obvious. But in the evcents list view (with search bar) I want users to be able to press <next page> or <previous page> on top pf their screen.
It is now only shown at the bottom like:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 > >>How can I move this (or simular) to the top?
My current settings in list heading are:
