Twenty Twelve Plugin to Customise Theme?

    Hello,

    I’ve just installed Twenty Twelve and would like to do things like change the background colour of the Header (currently can only change the colour of the Header itself) and also change the letters on the menu to lower case instead of block capitals

    I’m useless with coding and wonder if there’s a suitable plug-in that anyone can recommend?
