Multilple Temlates in woocommerce

In woocommerce I need the default template for the shop page and an additional page called catalog where i would like to display all products in different interactive style using some jquery.
I managed to modify the default template and create a new tempalte for catalog page. But that changed the default shop page also. I need both the templates in my website.
