page menu titles

I’m using minamaze theme, and I know I must be missing something basic but I just want the page titles to show when you click a page title for example “Packages” i have 4 other packages with the parent “Packages” for example the sub packages are “Bronze”, “Silver”,”GOld” and “Platinum” and for some reason thy dont show when you click “Packages” they all have the parent “Packages”, it is driving me mad – can anyone please help?
