Admin bar disappears for subscribers

    I want all of my logged-in users to be able to view the admin bar. However, if the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin is active, then the bar is hidden from low-level users.

    Is there a setting I can change to get the admin bars to show up for everyone who is logged in?
