Hello,
My ticker is working fine and plugin is super easy to use; however, my ticker isn’t displaying in the grey box with the title outside as it appears in your demo. Do I have to do some custom css for this? or is this a paid feature? I am using the free version:)

This plugin only comes with a few styles that are needed to function properly. So, you would need to add custom css to the News Tickers > Settings page. Please view this FAQ https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/faq/1749 to setup your ticker display like the top of the dittynewsticker.com site.
