In WordPress 4.1.1, you can see media embeds in both the Visual editor and Preview.
Which version of WordPress are you running, and where are you embedding the video from?

Yes I am using wordpress 4.1.1 embedding the video from youtube.
I didn’t explain my self properly, apologies.

Basically i’d want that arriving on that page the video already shows up without the need to open it clicking on “Leggi l’articolo”
like if instead of putting a featured image i’d put a featured video… Is that makable?

Hm, what I see at http://www.saleolio.com/blog-2/ doesn’t exactly look like a normal post.
It looks like maybe SitePress is doing some custom things?
The theme you’re using, Twenty Twelve, definitely supports video embeds on the blog page, so something else is interfering with that.

I’d say none regarding video publishing…
These are all the ones that i see in my “plugin” page from the administration:
Akismet, hello dolly, private only, private only disabled feed, under construction, WPML multilingual CMS.
The only activated one is multilingual thou.

1. At Settings -> Reading in your blog’s Dashboard, what do you have set as your Posts Page?
2. If it’s a specific page, what is the URL of your Posts Page?
3. Do you have any published posts?

1. nothing is set. I read “- Select -“

3. there are quite a few posts published in “Prodotti>Prodotti Salati>Nostri Prodotti salati
Ah, ok, that might be your problem.
With regards to #1, at Settings -> Reading, is “Your latest posts” selected or “A static page”?
If “A static page” is selected, you need to create a blank page for your posts to appear on, then select that for your “Posts page.”
Then, take a look at your new Posts Page, and everything should be working as expected.

i’ve done that but nothing seems to be different a part of the “no title page” on the head menu 🙁

Ok, so that would mean that you either haven’t published any posts yet, or 769 is not a published page.
In the Posts section of your blog’s Dashboard (not any other section), are there any published posts?
Is 769 a published page in the Pages section of your blog’s Dashboard?

In the posts section of the dashboard I see all the posts and yes they are all published.
And yes 769 is published…
What makes you think that either there aren’t published posts or the page is not published?
can’t you see the posts and the page going on the website?
