Parse Error!

I’ve been trying to log in to change my theme and modify the code but I keep getting this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/kicksone/public_html/wp-content/themes/dottedart-10/functions.php on line 152

I can’t even get to the theme page to change anything.
