This should be avoided by calling shortcode_atts function few lines above (but tonight I am unable to test it in more aggressive way). Can you please provide me more information for testing (WordPress and PHP version and the broken shortcode)?

Thank you, I’ll try my best to fix and test it during weekend. Despite I’m still unable to reproduce it in a way the plugin won’t work, can you please copy here the exact shortcode you’ve used? E.g. [rajce uzivatel="uživatel" limit="25" popisky="false"].
Seems I’ve found it. Can you please test with https://github.com/MikkCZ/wp-rajce-galerie/archive/master.zip ?
To make the plugin work, you have to provide the uzivatel attribute.
