installation glitch

    tried to install (twice) the timeline express. more than likely it conflicts with my theme but can’t figure out how. under “icon” i get this error message: error:0D0890A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm – and as such, don’t have any ‘save’ button or some way to keep information i enter…

    any thoughts/help?

    Hi,

    I have not seen that error before, nor does it look like it’s related to WordPress at all.

    Have you tried looking into the error via Google?

    We will also be rolling back to a previous version shortly.

    After some Googling it looks like your server has CURL disabled which prevents the icons from being queried and rendered properly.

    You may want to reach out to your host provider and ask them to enable CURL.
