Try login in again – http://koplar.de/wp-login.php
If nothing works, check your source files through the file manager/FTP in your hosting’s control panel. If they are physically gone, just re-upload missing (or all) WordPress source files.
If you re-upload all files, don’t forget to make backup copies of your theme folder and wp-config.php file.

When you say “its gone” are you getting a white screen or some sort of error message?
Does the login form appear?

Yes, just a white screen. The wp-admin error log say:
PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/koplarde/public_html/wp-admin/wp-blog-header.php’
Check file permission. For file set the permission to 644 and for folder set 755.
