Importing 2 databases into woocommerce

    Hi There
    I’m currently moving a clients website from a custom built ecommerce to a woocommerce shop.

    The client currently has 2 databases for all there products. One has the product name along with all the variations and the other has the product name along with description and image links. both have the same SKU code

    Whats the best way to import them both so they work together?

    They are CSV files, if I import the first one and then the second will woocommerce recognise that there the same product and collate the variations, images, prices, descriptions etc??

    I would collate in one CSV but theres over 2000 products.
