Thank you for reporting this problem. The issue appear because the default collation of database tables is latin. This can’t work with Cyrillic alphabet.
I have released a new plugin version ( 4.9.7 ) where the data is forced to be utf8. To get this working you need to:
1. Deactivate the plugin
2. Delete the plugin ( with all data and files )
3. Download the plugin again ( make sure it is the newest version 4.9.7 )
4. Go to “General Settings” and make sure that “International Language Support” is checked
5. Come back and let me know if this worked.

From what I see on the screenshots attached, the keyword you set matches the title of the post. But that post does not have any content.
The plugin replaces keywords inside a post. If the post is too small it will not replace anything. If a post have very few chars, then it will be ignored.
If it is still not working on a regular post, send me a screenshot with your General Settings page.
Your general settings seems fine. Except the fact that you do not selected to display automated links on homepage. They will be shown only when you are on single post or page.
Make sure that the post containing the keyword you want converted to affiliate link is at least 100 character wrong. Everything else seems fine and it should work.
