function.php in wordpress

    i create my first theme but some plugin not working for me like cyclone slider 2 , but on other theme like “Twenty Fourteen” work fine .
    function.php file must have special code ?
    where can i find default syntax for function.php ?

    Are you calling “wp_head()” at all? By the way, it’s “functions.php” and not “function.php”.
