Switch site

Hi,

On wordpress when I logged into the admin panel of my main site there used to be an option on the top left where I could select a drop down and choose my other website to work on. It seems to have disappeared, I cannot log into the website via the domain.com\wp-admin because I registered an email address that I cannot remember the password for and I cannot use my normal details for my main site. So I was updating the secondary website via the switch website option.

Could you please let me know how to access the switch site option or how I can log into my other site.
