Comments problem

I was given instructions by CrouchingBuin on how to keep the bubble with the number of comments from appearing on pages.

I went to SubTemplates and applied the “fix” on my most recent site, but it hasn’t made the bubbles go away…

I’m unclear why it isn’t working. Help?
