Homepage content will not show in back-end while front end is working perfectly

    Hi there,

    Every page that I have selected to be my homepage automatically makes the content on that page not show on the back-end

    and help or direction to a previous forum will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Can you tell me a little more about your setup? When you say you set it as your homeapge, are you talking about under Settings > Reading? Which theme and plugins do you have installed?

    yes when i assign a homepage through Settings > Reading the content on the page disappears.

    I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them but the content still does not show up.
    My theme is is Valise

    So the content doesn’t show in the page editor or on the front end? It makes no sense for the content to not show in the back end, unless there’s some plugin or theme conflict. When I suggested to temporarily deactivate the plugins, I meant to check it while they’re all deactivated. Did you try that?

    It Doesn’t show in the page editor. Front end is working great.
    Yea I tried that before posting to this forum.

    Thank you very much for the help I just re installed the theme hopefully that will work thanks again
