Functionality for #_BOOKINGCOMMENT ?

I really like the idea for #_BOOKINGCOMMENT, but somehow, in my default installation, these comments do not sho win the email notifications, or even attendeelist.

What is th emost simple way for everyone, including bookingsmanager to see the commets?
