My PodBean embed code won't work

Hi! I’m trying to embed my PodBean podcast into a post, this is the code I’m supposed to paste on the HTML part of the post:

But for some reason I fail to understand once I try to preview the post it will only show the link between the code but not the PodBean player as it’s supposed to. When I come bak to edit the HTML it has converted the code into this one (took out the symbols at beginning and ending so it doesn’t become a link):
