Taxonomy query loading wrong post type

    Hi,

    Never had this bug before, cannot find the cause:

    1. Registered custom post type ‘book’
    2. Registered custom taxonomy ‘series’ for cpt ‘book’
    3. Created template ‘taxonomy-series.php’
    4. Added some taxonomy terms and dummy books
    5. Called the taxonomy archive page in browser: http://localhost/series/series-one
    6. Everything works as expected, except in the $wp_query object I can see that it queries the database for ‘post’, ‘page’ and ‘attachment’ instead for the post type ‘book’

    What is happening here?? Anyone ever experienced this?
