Ability to use custom image size

    Hey first off great work on this awesome plugin!

    One feature that would be very helpful for a future release is the ability to set the header image to use a custom image size that is defined within the active theme (rather than the original/full version).

    That way an admin (who may not be well versed in photo editing applications) wouldn’t have to worry about sizing images to an exactly perfect dimension before uploading them.
