ERROR Media Library Upload

    I can not upload images from my desktop via the Media Library. I try uploading a new image(web optimized) it does not appear. What is happening? How do I fix this?

    I’m updated to 4.1.1 but my theme has not been updated due to it having customizations. Could it be that I need to update the theme?

    I deactivated “Widget Twitter VJCK” and now Media Library is working.
