Hi! No data has been collected/updated in my slimstat after I upgraded my hosting plan with my host. The domain is the same (http://dorm2dorm.com), but we changed servers on the host. I migrated the site using the updraft backup plugin.

Please help me when you get a chance!

What error is the tracker reporting under Slimstat > Settings > Maintenance tab > Debugging section?

215 Database not ready recorded on 03-25-15 at 04:12 am

Slimstat could not add the new record to the table. Check that the table exists and that the mysql user has the right permissions to write in it.

I’m having trouble with this part. Is there a way to reset slimstats and have it recreate the table?

If the table is not there, Slimstat will attempt to create it every time error 215 is thrown. So it must be something else.
