Multisite causing problems with tags / custom taxonomies

    I recently upgraded my regular WordPress site to a multisite network and just noticed that tags and custom taxonomies are no longer working. So far, tags are generating a 404 while the custom taxonomies are redirecting to random posts contained within the taxonomy. Nothing else has changed other than upgrading to the network. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

    How did you define the custom taxonomies? In a theme or a plugin?

    Is this happening on all sites or just one?

    Have you tried resaving permalinks?
