Submenus not showing

    I’ve got the same problem, I’ve just installed the plug-in however sub menu doesn’t show at all.

    I had a quick look when you submitted the item but didn’t get time to reply, looks like you’ve fixed it now 🙂

    Tarkistan, it’s unlikely to be the same cause as Eliots issue (custom css), please start a new topic and include a link to your site and I’ll take a look.

    Thanks, the issue was for custom CSS, now before I try to open a new thread, our customer said the submenus don’t open when seeing on iPad landscape, the issue may be caused by custom css?

    Hi Eliot,

    I don’t have an iPad here to test on sorry, if you remove the custom CSS does it work for your customer?

    I can see something isn’t right as hoverintent isn’t working, there should be a 500ms delay before a sub menu opens or closes (so you can ‘accidentally’ move the mouse off the menu and back onto it without the sub menu disappearing). That may or may not be be related to your clients issue, either way please try without the custom CSS to rule it out.
