Another Bookingsmanager?

    We use latest version of EM WP en BP. What I like to achieve, is that I appoint a “booking manager” per event.
    I’m the one creating the events, but I want someone else to be notified etc about the bookings, beasicly this user shoudl not edit the event. (Or be able to create a new one)

    Or is this not possible with the standard solution?

    Multiple email address can be added to the Email events admin field under Events > Settings > Emails > Booking Email Templates. That sounds like all you need to do.

    Somehow,
    but not completly:

    For our cycling club, I have multiple events, in various categories.
    (training, tours, race’s, technical meetings) I would like to be able to assign a booking manager per category. or event….

    If you want to have installed the same plugin several times, maybe renaming the plugin would help. But I’m not sure how renaming works.

    at the moment you can enable user capability manage_others_bookings to a role under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities
