WordPress Comments Disappeared and Error

    “ERROR: The comment could not be saved. Please try again later.”

    This is what appears when someone tries to leave comments. All of my past comments are also gone. Any suggestions on what is causing this or how to fix it. I’ve checked that all of my plugins are up to date. Thank you.

    Try deactivating your plugins and switching to a default theme to see if any plugins or your theme are causing this problem.
