display sub categories

hello, is there a way to display the list of child (sub) categories from a parent category with this plugin?
Ex.
Category A (Parent
Sub-category 1
Sub-category 2Category B
Sub-category 1
Sub-category 2PS. also, if you could point me to another plugin that does above much appreciated.
