Full Screen Content in Posts

How can I add images that extend to the edges of the screen (fullscreen) and automatically adjusts size when the window is resized?

For example:

If you scroll through his post, some sets of his images can extend all the way out to the left edge of the screen and when the window is resized, the images resize accordingly.

Anybody know any plugins or tricks I can make this happen in posts?
