Unlink FB and email confirmation

    Hi,
    great job here!

    I’ve a couple of questions about it.

    I installed on my wp site and it works good, but since I’m using Cimy user extra fields and Theme My Login plugins , I’ve a different and custom profile page. That means that the link/unlink fb connection buttons don’t appear in the page. I added them manually , but I can’t figure how the unlink works, and what href I’d use to make the unlink from facebook account. I use the login/?loginFacebook=1&redirect=SITE to the Link account to Facebook, but don’t know what to use to unlink.

    Second question is:
    I activated the email confirmation after registration on the web site through cimy plugin, but no email is sent when someone register using the facebook Connect plugin, and as result the new user never activate and canonot use the web site restict functions.
