    Hi

I downloaded the above Table Press add on, to test before paying for it and a couple of the other extensions.

However if I activate this, with the DataTables TableTools and DataTables FixedHeader deactivated I see no extra buttons for export or print or anything AND the fixed header, with “Top” turned on does not work either.

The only way I can get the fixed header to work is to deactivate BOTH this extension and the DataTables TableTools one as well.

    Can anyone help please?

The site is a charity site here: farnhamscouting.com

    Regards

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

If you want to use both of these features, you will actually have to use a combined Extension (which includes the code for both of them at the same time, plus some extras to make them compatible), from http://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-tabletools-and-fixedheader/ With this installed and activated, and with the described Shortcode parameters, you don’t need the individual Extensions for this.

With this in place, and if it doesn’t work yet, can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Tobias, Hi

As I already said in my post I had been using this plugin and NOT the separate ones, it was actually the subject of my post.

    It still does not work.

The URL to the page is:-

    http://farnhamscouting.com/website/district-directory/

BUT the page is passworded and I do not want, for the obvious reasons, to give the PW out in this post!

I would have to contact you by Skype or send by email?

    Cheers

    Hi Steve,

thanks for the clarification and sorry for the confusion. I guess I just misunderstood your second paragraph where you mention something about the Extensions being deactivated.

Yes, please send me the password via email then (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”). Thanks.

    Regards,
    Tobias
