Hi Jordan,
It can be a few things. Are your events live and public? Is the Eventbrite Events template assigned properly to a page? Are you getting any errors?
Also, please post a link to your Eventbrite template page, so I can have a look, thanks.
The events are live and public, the Eventsbrite Events Template is assigned to the page I am testing and I’m not getting any errors. Here is the page I’m testing. http://www.jillstable.ca/cooking-classes-2/
I’m seeing the events load, but you’re getting the “This event has not been published yet” error that some other have gotten. We’re working on this, will update you as soon as I can.
Is there any progress on this yet?
Our apologies, not yet; still working on it.
OK, all of the IDs for your events are showing as the same (incorrect) ID, so Eventbrite is looking up that invalid ID, and giving the error. The question now is why that ID is wrong.
Can you try deactivating your other plugins, just keeping Keyring and Eventbrite API activated, and tell me if that changes anything?
I’m having the same issue where my live event is displaying the “This event has not been published yet” message.
gcdean, can you start your own thread, please so we can be sure nothing gets missed, thanks!
jordanATMOS, any luck with disabling other plugins?
Hey, sorry for the late response. We’ve been trying to find time for our developer to do that but he’s been swamped. We’re going to try and have him take a look at it on Friday. I will keep you posted after he does that.
Thanks again for the help.
