Multisite and (more…)

Hi,
I have a multisite installed succesfully and my only concern at the moment is how to modify default (more…) link. I have a custom theme with three lanquages.

The translation goes succesfully if the right language is selected, but how to modify that (…) around the text. Let’s say i want to have it to say Read more>> and in other language the same but translated?
