Excel CSV (UTF8-BOM) Exporting but without BOM

    Hi~

    At first, thanks for your plugin.

    Yesterday, i tested all export options in ‘Contact Form DB’. but can’t read any csv files in Excel 2013. (actually opened normally, but couldn’t read any letter except numbers and alphabetic characters)

    so i opened these downloaded files in Notepad++, then i find that file doesn’t have BOM. after encoding to ‘UTF-8’ from ‘UTF-8 w/o BOM’, reopen in Excel. then i can read normally.

    Wolud you like to check this BOM problem?

    Export options “Excel CSV” and “Excel TSV” both have a BOM. “Plain CSV” does not.

    Your right! they have a BOM. I checked other website’s CF7 DB. Only one site has occured. it maybe conflict with theme or other plugins.
