Different email notifications per product/category

Hello, I’m working with a nonprofit that’s using the cart for various non-product sales. We have different volunteers involved, and I’m wondering if it’s possible for the admin notifications of sales to be directed to different email addresses depending on the product or category.
For example, when a general donation is made, the admin email alerting us of that sale might go to donations@group.org, but a ticket order for a fundraising event might go to events@group.org. Obviously, that gets tricky if multiple items are in the cart at once, but in our case, that happens very infrequently, as we don’t use a centralized catalog model for displaying everything, and instead place shortcodes for each item on the relevant page.
