Conditional Loading on A Plugin or Row in Visual Composer?

Hey everyone,

I have come across a problem and would like to know if anyone could suggest a way to fix it. So on my services page (http://www.hbhcoaching.com/services/) I have go – responsive pricing tables to display my pricing options. The problem is that in mobile view the columns display one at a time which makes it quite difficult to read the features–it just does not look good.

This is what I want to do: does anyone know of a way that can conditionally load two different instances of my pricing table? In essence, if the screen is smaller than X then I want one instance to show and if it is larger then the standard one can show. That way I can specifically design a table for mobile view.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
