I have this same problem. Please advise.
Clarification – new posts allow recipes to be added. But existing posts with existing recipes (leftover from Ziplist), give me the above error.

I tried to replicate this issue but really can’t. Can you send over some screenshots of your plugins page and the post page where the issues comes up.

Hi – sorry, couldn’t wait around for this to get resolved. I do still have Zip Recipes plugin installed. After a while I stopped getting that error, but Zip Recipes did not recognize existing recipes, just gave me a blank Add Recipe dialog box. I just redid all the recipes.
The site I am using it at is http://dontforgetdelicious.com
Recipes that were added with Zip Recipes (as opposed to Ziplist), are working fine and are editable after saving. It just didn’t recognize the recipes previously added via Ziplist. Fortunately, I had a manageable number of recipes to redo.
Not using SSL.

Getting no response from Esseyem, so resolving this. Hopefully last update fixed this.
I get this when I click to register the plugin after installation.
I click Post>new post> the click the spoon and fork
I am ask to register the plugin.
Then this, with three windows beneath, ” Register Zip Recipes Free
Please register your plugin so we can notify you of any security updates or other fixes we make to Zip Recipes plugin. Registering also helps us troubleshoot any problems you may encounter. When you register, we will automatically receive your blog’s web address, WordPress version, and names of installed plugins.”
How do I register?

Click on the Zip Recipes menu item on the left hand side and you will be asked to register there.
If you already did that and it’s not working, try Firefox or Chrome browser because I’ve heard a report that Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge browser has trouble with registration.
