Create a Category Template for that Category and use something like this example from the wp-content/themes/default/index.php file in your template file:
<h2><a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title(); ?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a></h2>
