Hosting two blogs on one server

I recently registered a new site with my host, and have it pointing to a folder within the root directory. I have my chroniclesofyarnia.com set up with wordpress, but when I try to put wordpress in the valleycountyhomeschoolers.com folder it still shows up as chronicles.

How do I make this site its own separate blog?
