problems with window iframe

    the Add Gallery / Images option within the page or post will not appear on modal / iframe window, everything is blank the only option that appears is the display galleries, it seems that my theme gives a conflict with the nextgen, with another theme works, does it have a way to solve this problem

    @jackbuzzi – Have you tried temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

    Yes, with the default theme it works correctly.
    But I ask the question, I will be there is an option to fix this?

    @jackbuzzi – If all works well with the benchmarks of a default WordPress Twenty series theme, have you brought this to the attention of your theme’s author as well?
