Hi Sauron,
If no e-mail arrived and the submission is viewable in the backend then this is a server problem. I suggest you to use this plugin to check to see if your server can send emails through WordPress.

Hi,
Well the thing is that it has sent e-mails, but I noticed that some days/submissions are missing. Thats even worse that not getting mails at all… Is there a good checklist i could follow to make sure I have made all the correct settings…?
I’d like you to clarify what you said.
Well the thing is that it has sent e-mails, but I noticed that some days/submissions are missing.
If you say it has sent emails, then what do you mean by the issue of some days/submissions missing? Do you mean you get email every time the form is filled out, but some or all fields are not showing up in the email?

On some occations I do not receive e-mails at all, but the submission is there in WP. Lets say I had submissions on the following dates 27 feb, 28 feb, 1 march, 2 march. Then I only got mails from 28 feb and 1 march. Understand? Thats why it is so difficult to understand what the problem might be….
Ah I see. Well, like I said earlier, this is a server issue. First, contact your host provider on this issue. Second, if the host refuses to provide a solution, let me know and I’ll provide you with a solution that works 99.9%.
