Domain mapping and SSL

    I have a multisite install using WordPress MU Domain Mapping. Currently there is a main site and 2 sub-sites using sub-directories and domain mapping and all are working very well. The network will eventually have 50 sites that are all controlled by one owner, in other words registration of new sites is not open. My client want to use SSL on each site and I like to know what is the best way and how I can set that up. I have read most of the posts here regarding SSL and I conclude the wild card SSL to be the best way for this project but I am not sure. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
