browser compatibility

Hello,

Ok so i am using this pluggin for all of my pdfs on my site.

for most users you can download and read ect.

but for some using macs and pcs cant view or download the pdfs.

the site is http://glenbrooktahoe.org.

I myself have tested the site on every platform and they all worked except mozilla on windows xp

please help this issue needs to be solved
