Smooth Scroll to Footer from Menu

Hello,
I am a WordPress beginner, creating a website for a tech startup using WordPress. I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to create a button on the menu that smooth scrolls to the footer when clicked from any page.
For example, I am trying to create a button on my site’s menu bar (on the top right of the page) that when clicked smooth scrolls the user to the footer of the site.

I am also intending to make this button bold and stick out a bit more than the rest of the page’s buttons on the menu.

I will really appreciate any help.
