Exporting variable from CF7

Hey guys,

I have a form (contact form 7) and i need to export just one variable (telephone number [tel-num]) to a script the IT guy sent me. I have no clue on how to do this. Sorry if this has a obviously answer, i just can’t think how i could do it right now
