site is down and can't access admin

Hi there,
My site lookingupbook.org appears to be down again and I’m unable to open the admin site to check if it’s jetpack that needs updating. When I login via wordpress.com (it’s a wordpress.org site), I see the orange triangle and the “can’t access site data” – could someone have a look and see if there’s anything up and let me know what I can do to resolve it?

Yep, white screen of death 🙁 . Try using FTP or Cpanel via your hosting to login to your sever and delete the jetpack folder here:
```
wp-content
    plugins
       jetpack - DELETE THIS
```
if that doesn’t work, rename the entire plugins folder plugins.HOLD

I’ve deleted the jetpack folder but without success. I was hoping to then be able to undo the delete in some way, but didn’t see that option, so I still have the folder, but it’s now empty.

I tried to rename the plugin folder, but when I “select all”, it just tries to rename the first folder within that folder, ie “addthis”.

Eek! Apologies, I’m a novice novice. Bear with me.

Indeed, that looks more like the site may have been hacked 🙁 .
