Best plugin for ads???????

hi everyone..i just installed wordpress n i want to put ads on ma blog …which is the best plugin for ads to put at random places ?? i found adsense manager but seemz to hav problem with it coz someone was banned coz of it 🙁 ..any other working or gud plugin plzz
n when i put pictures on ma blog ..it disturbs the whole layout (1 right side column sidebar shift to the bottom ..any help please
