  • Using FTP or your host’s file manager software, navigate to:
    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce
    and rename the woocommerce folder, to (for example):
    wp-content/plugins/old-woocommerce

    This should disable woocommerce allowing you to access your site.

    Take a backup if you get to this point. Things may get worse!

    You can then try reinstalling WooCommerce 2.3.6 or get 2.3.5 from the repository.

    Hard to say why it crashed. WooCommerce 2.3.6 seems to be working for everyone else so maybe your theme is not compatible and needs updating. Check you have the latest version of your theme.
