Subdomain *and* subdirectory?

Hello – is it possible to use multisite with both subdomains and subdirectories? I have a site, with a blog for that site at:

http://www.mysite.com/blog

but have another site with a subdomain that I’d like to start a blog with, in the same ‘location’:

http://other.mysite.com/blog

Is this possible?
